For a correct installation, it is necessary to read the Installation Manual.
Before installing, carefully read the information on the back. Check that you have the valve core removal tool, transparent tube, cannula, plunger rod, four blue caps, a wheel support and an air compressor or pump. We recommend the use of gloves and goggles (or face shield) during the installation. Once the product is installed, wash your hands with soap and water.
Check the tyre for signs of damage, as described in the Installation Manual
Use a support to elevate the tyre in which the product is to be installed
Turn the wheel so the valve is on the lower part and extract the core from the inside
Cut the tip of the container (at the first thread) using a razor
Screw the cannula onto the container and cut off 1cm from the tip of the cannula
Connect the transparent tube to the tyre valve and to the cannula
Insert all of the tyre sealant using the plunger (1)
Use compressed air to clean the inside of the valve, replace the valve core, inflate the tyre, place the blue cap and turn the wheel immediately to distribute the sealant
(1) If an obstruction was to occur during the installation, do not force the plunger. Disconnect the transparent tube from the valve and use compressed air to clear the inside of the valve. Check that there is no obstruction in the transparent tube o cannula. Once these steps have been followed, continue with the installation process
NOTE: We recommend that the product be installed in Autorized Workshops, where thy can check the state of the tyres, as well as clean out the inside of the tyres for optimum performance
